Energy Gel Caffeine is a scientifically formulated, multi-carbohydrate gel with caffeine that replenishes your body’s depleted carbohydrate stores. It’s easily digestible and designed to keep you energised, ensuring you maintain peak performance throughout your workout. HIGH5 has you covered when it’s time to turn up the intensity.

Glucose Syrup, Water, Maltodextrin, Fruit Juice Concentrate (Raspberry 1%, Cranberry), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates, Malic Acid), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Natural Flavouring, Caffeine, Sea Salt, Vitamin B6.

Usage:

Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet.

Dosage:

Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink. It is reccommended that you can take up to 13 gels per day (or 400 mg/day of caffeine) however, please consider how much caffeine you're consuming from other sources when deciding how much is best for you.
