Supermum Adventures with Helen Glover

Cotswold Outdoor ambassador and double Olympic champion Helen Glover, MBE is no ordinary mum. Passionate about providing opportunities for both her own children and others to get outside and explore their local outdoor spaces, she’s recently embarked on some mini outdoor adventures, to help her children lay the foundation for a lifelong connection with the outdoors.

That’s something we’re passionate about too, so for our latest collaboration we teamed up with Helen to make Supermum Adventures - a five-part video mini-series in which Helen and her children provide both young and old with fun, engaging ideas, inspiration and top tips on how families can help make the most of the outdoors. It features everything from hiking with children, building dens and bug houses, to going on a woodland treasure hunt or friendly litter pick.

Along the way, Helen will be sharing her thoughts on everything from having the right kit and outdoor essentials, to how to explore safely and in ways that help develop an enjoyment of the outdoors, whilst also nurturing a sense of respect and responsibly for the environment from an early age.
